Demi Lovato is opening up about her recent "healing" Camp Rock reunion with the Jonas Brothers.

The "Confident" singer appeared on a new episode of the Chicks in the Office podcast where she detailed what went on behind the scenes and how she was feeling when she joined the trio on Sunday (August 10) for a surprise performance at their concert in New Jersey, per People.

Lovato admitted she felt "nervous" as she and the JoBros, who reached out "last week" to ask if she would join them on stage, sang "This Is Me" and "Wouldn't Change A Thing," two tracks from the beloved Disney Channel movie that she hasn't performed in years.

"I wish I could have soaked it in a little bit more, but I was so focused on, like, 'What am I singing, the chorus or the verse right now?' I was so nervous that I was focused on just hitting my marks and doing the thing that I didn't really soak up the up the love," she said, "but seeing everyone and the reactions and everything just, like, filled my soul with warmth and love. It was incredible."

The "Sorry Not Sorry" hitmaker also called the performance "healing," especially with her history with the band and their time at Disney. Lovato and Joe Jonas dated in 2010 and the pair starred as love interests Mitchie Torres and Shane Gray, respectively, in both Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2. She also explained that it was nice hanging out together with her new husband Jordan "Jutes" Lutes.

"It was really really great to like spend time with them. It was really cool. They came to my room, all three of them, and spent time getting to know my husband, which was really meaningful," she said. "And they just, you know, thanked me profusely for flying across the country to perform with them. And it was just so thoughtful. I felt so appreciated. And it was really healing for us. And I loved it."
