The song took quite a while to hit its stride and it was difficult to know whether it was good or not. In parts I am getting a distinct Billie Eilish vibe to it. I feel there is something intriguing to its sound which is smooth slow dreamy electropop, where it feels like the chorus will ramp up the tempo and then doesn’t. It is definitely a song that will take more than one listen to get me off the fence and that second listen won me over and I really got into it. This is a sleeper, a great song.
