U2 Accused Of Stealing Music

U2 is the latest band to be hit with a lawsuit claiming they have stolen another artist's music. 

Paul Rose is asking of $5 million in damages, claiming that back in 1991 U2 stole some "signature elements" of his song "Nae Slappin" for their song "The Fly"

We gotta admit, the songs do have a similar sound... but is it enough to hold up in court? Listen to the two songs below and compare for yourselves.
