Can You HEAR The Difference Between Hot & Cold Water?
Did you know that pouring hot water sounds different than pouring cold water?
Youtuber Steve Mould poured cold water into a mug and then hot water into a mug and played back the audio. It turned out that the hot water sounded different due to the heat causing the water to become thiner.
To the eye the water looks the same but by ear you can hear the change in viscosity. In the clip below is an example of cold water being poured and then hot water. Can you hear a difference?
