Taylor Swift Re-emerges To Congratulate Russell Westbrook

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Taylor Swift, but she just came out of hiding to congratulate Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook who was named Most Valuable Player at Monday night’s NBA Awards.

While you may think it’s odd that Taylor took time out to congratulate Westbrook, who she’ never even met, it turns out he’s a pretty big fan of the singer’s, and he doesn’t care who knows it. As Billboard points out, the NBA star has shared his love of Taylor via social media on several occasions and even went to her concert back in 2015. He also talked about his Taylor fandom during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that same year, explaining, “Her music is so catchy, every song is very, very catchy for me." Check out Taylor’s video, and Russell’s Taylor videos to the right.
