Yes, coffee naps! I've been doing this for years but didn't know it was actually a thing until now!
A coffee nap is basically the best of both worlds when it comes to fighting sleepiness. Can't keep your eyes open, but hate that groggy feeling when you wake up? Drink a cup of coffee before you nod off! It takes about 20 minutes for the caffeine in coffee to work it's magic on your body... coincidentally, the perfect amount of time to catch a quick catnap and wake up wonderfully refreshed!
