Things To Do In Doo-Dah This Weekend

St. Patrick's Day is next Friday (March 17th), but lots of Wichitans will be celebrating early.  Here's a list of things to do this weekend.  Remember, you can get tons of information from my friends at Visit Wichita.

DELANO ST. PATRICK’S PARADE

Time: 12:00 p.m. Admission: Free

Location: Douglas Street in Delano

Bring the family to Delano for St. Patrick’s fun!  The parade starts at Douglas and McLean and then works west along Douglas in Delano.  Get there early for parking.  The Lawrence-Dumont Stadium and Metropolitan Baptist Church parking lots are for parade staging.  There will not be any parking allowed in those lots.  Click Here For More Details!

CHISHOLM TRAIL 150TH – THE CHISHOLM TRAIL: DRIVING THE AMERICAN WEST

The Chisholm Trail fundamentally changed the American West. This traveling exhibit, a collaboration between Symphony in the Flint Hills and Flint Hills Design with major sponsorship by Lost Trail Soda, invites visitors of all ages to explore the Chisholm Trail from its inception in the 1860s to today.  Find Out More Here!
