Fuzzy's Taco Shop is finally coming to Wichita. This is my favorite place to eat when I make road trips to Lawrence (above photo), Stillwater, OKC, KC and pretty much anywhere in Texas.
The first Fuzzy’s will be at 306 N. Rock Road. The restaurant is taking the former Pho Hot Bistro and Signatures Fine Jewelry spaces. The owner says that this Fuzzy's will be the largest in the country. They are usually 3,000-4,000 square feet. The Fuzzy's on Rock Road will be around 7,000 square feet. It looks like there's also plans for a location at the WSU campus and eventually west Wichita. It's reported that the Rock Road Fuzzy's location is expected to open this October.
My favorite thing at Fuzzy's is the Grilled Shrimp Tacos and their chips and cheese. YUM!
