Things To Do In Wichita This First Weekend Of May

The month of May is here!  Visit Wichita has this list of things you can do this weekend in Doo-Dah.  Get out and enjoy this fine city and all of fun things we have to do around here.  


WHAT WOULD SCOOBY DO? 

MAY 3-5, 2018

The Mosley Street Melodrama cast will perform a hilarious spoof of the classic cartoon, “Scooby Doo.” After the performance, enjoy a musical journey through the decades featuring the music of P!nk, The Beatles, Hall & Oates, Amy Winehouse and many more.

The Wichita Ice Center welcomes ice skating fans to witness the first spring skate show featuring local talent and special guest Team USA skater Jordan Moeller. Limited VIP tickets will be available for $20 and will include a reserved seat and hot drink.

 

WSO: WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD: A TRIBUTE TO LOUIS ARMSTRONG

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with food, fun and music at the Sedgwick County Zoo! With exhibitors, vendors, authentic Mexican food and live music on the main stage, there’s something for the whole family. Members are admitted free with membership card and photo ID.

 

RED STOCKINGS VS. BULLDOZERS HOME OPENER

Enjoy free Sunday admission to Old Cowtown Museum to enjoy an old-fashioned baseball game between the Red Stockings and the Bulldozers. The teams will play an 1860 rules match bringing a piece of history to life.
