This free, public event begins on the west bank of the Arkansas River, directly across from Century II and brings activity around the river. With a dedication ceremony at the Keeper of the Plains, a big float starting at Old Cowtown Museum, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, food trucks, live music, a cash bar and lights on the river at sunset, come see the Arkansas in action!
