Sergei Rachmaninoff’s works for piano are treacherously difficult. Performing one of his concertos is like climbing Mt. Everest, but pianist Lise de la Salle takes on all five with the help of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra at Century II on Feb. 15 and 17.
