Come out to Old Cowtown Museum for a Civil War re-enactment! Families will be able to see Union and Confederate soldiers fighting skirmishes throughout the town, watch cannon and howitzer demonstrations and learn about encampments. Watch history come to life right before your eyes!

WATER LANTERN FESTIVAL WICHITA

Wichita welcomes new festival at OJ Watson Park filled with fun, happiness, hope and great memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime. This family-friendly event brings the community together to light decorated lanterns and release them on the water. The cost includes entry to the festival, a floating water lantern, commemorative drawstring bag, marker and wristband.
