AUTUMN & ART

2019 Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair is celebrating 10 years! The festival brings over 100 artists from 22 states (including 31 Kansas artists) to Wichita for the city’s premier juried fine-art show and sale. Sip on wine or other beverages as you stroll through the parkway admiring handmade works of award-winning artists.This year's event will feature original works in these categories: 2D Mixed Media, 3D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Graphics & Printmaking, Jewelry, Metalwork, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood.This year's Featured Artist is John Kennington of Bixby, OK featuring his artwork, "Rosies at Lunch." Bring your kids to create hands-on arts projects, shop at Artie’s Clubhouse or enjoy art-themed games throughout the day. FLOATIN’ ON THE RIVER: GLOW TOUR

Time: 7:30-9:00 p.m.  Admission: $35 per person

Location: Arkansas River, 605 S. Wichita St., Wichita, KS 67202

Enjoy a moonlight trip along the Arkansas River with the stars shining overhead! You and the kayaks will be glowing with lights and glow sticks as you make your way to the Keeper of the Plains to watch the Ring of Fire lighting from the water. Ages 16+ only. OLD TOWN FARMER’S MARKET

MAMAFILM MICROCINEMA AT REVOLUTSIA

Location: Revolutsia, 2721 E. Central, Wichita, KS 67214

In a intimate 30 seat living-room style theater. mamafilm will present two ticketed film programs per month (select films will screen twice, when available.) Attendees may bring their own food and drink, and patron other Revolutsia tenants including Boards, Prost and Little Lion.Screenings will be followed by conversation, and mamafilm will seek to collaborate with other area non-profit organizations and associated groups, based on the theme of each film, to create more meaningful post-film discussions.These screenings are designed to create community amongst Wichita mamas, generate excitement about the local, small businesses who populate Revolutsia, and provide a unique entertainment option for nurturers, caregivers and cinema lovers.
