Things To Do This Weekend In Wichita

I'ts hard to believe that the final weekend of September is here/ We're getting into Fall Festival and Halloween mode. Here's some cool things you can check out in Doo-Dah this weekend. Thanks to Visit Wichita for keeping us entertained all year. Get out and enjoy our city this weekend!

This tour includes an evening of deliberative talking and light dance that will compel you to chuckle while enjoining you to brandish a better side of humanity than the one to which we have grown accustomed. Nick Offerman is an actor, woodworker, comedian and best known for his role as Ron Swanson on NBC’s hit comedy series, “Parks & Recreation.” Catch his hilarious standup comedy set at Wichita’s historic Orpheum Theatre

This annual festival celebrates all things garlic with garlicky eats, garlic-centered cooking demonstrations, garlic-focused presentation, samples, tastings and workshops. Don’t miss a weekend of artisans, makers, farmers and ranchers, musicians and foodies of all kinds. Shop more than 40 varieties of Orie’s Farm fresh garlic for culinary use and fall planting.

Location: Old Town Wichita

Head out to Old Town Wichita around clubs in the heart of the city to enjoy blues music around Old Town Square. $10 gets you in to every club plus an after party. Several clubs are all ages, some are 18 to enter, 21+ to drink.
