COLLEGE HILL HOLIDAY LIGHTS TOUR

Experience this Wichita tradition as you take your family on a holiday lights tour around Wichita. Visit the College Hill Neighborhood and find dozens of homes adorned with beautiful lights to celebrate the season. Buy a ticket for the holiday lights tour and for $10, ride a trolley around the neighborhood with your family. Catch Christmas lights, live music, a live nativity and carolers. You might even get to see Kirstie Alley’s Santa Village from the movie “Look Who’s Talking Now.”

Designing Women will host the 2018 annual Holiday Tables exhibit November 8-10 at Mark Arts. Each year, the galleries of Mark Arts are transformed with exquisite tablescapes, sure to give attendees ideas for the upcoming holiday season. Dining tables of all shapes and sizes are decorated by individuals, nonprofit organizations and businesses showcasing home entertaining ideas. Designing Women also offers a popular boutique in conjunction with the event, as well as a Girls’ Night Out and Wine and Dine Party. The Mother-Daughter Tea on Sunday afternoon is a new and popular event.

The 2nd Saturday of the month encourages people to explore Wichita’s most unique businesses and shop local. Various deals can be found in Douglas Design District on a regular basis and in various shops across the city including Generations Antiques & Artisans. They are hosting a special event this Saturday, their 2nd Saturday Sell-a-bration, which will include 70+ vendors, a sidewalk sale, food trucks and more.

20TH ANNUAL GINGERBREAD VILLAGE
